As a top personal injury lawyer, pursuing justice when it matters most motivates me to fight for my clients

If you or a family member has suffered because of any personal injury issue, hiring a top personal injury lawyer is essential. Insurance companies are going to be quick to offer a settlement that may seem enticing. You deserve more!
We do not consider those quick settlements that cover only the medical bills a win. What is fair and what is just is compensation that takes into account lost wages, future earning capacity, ongoing physical therapy, pain and suffering, long-term care or disability, loss of benefits, and funeral expenses. That is why we have strategies that focus intensely on pursuing the best possible recovery.
Negligent parties must be held accountable. Whether a company or individual is responsible, we will fight to ensure you and your family get justice.

Other interesting things about me

I have served twice on the ISBA Insurance Law Section Council. This experience gave me deeper insight into insurance law and better positioned me to support my personal injury clients. In addition, I have served as the chair of the Tort Section Council and have been a frequent speaker at numerous CLE programs. As a top personal injury lawyer, my expertise has provided other attorneys with insight and guidance into this particular area of law.
I also enjoy writing and have published several works related to personal injury and criminal law. I have been recognized numerous times by organizations such as Super Lawyers, Leading Lawyers, Top Lawyers in Illinois-Personal Injury Plaintiff Lawyers, and Who’s Who in American Law.
My speaking appearances, publications, and recognitions demonstrate that I provide powerful representation and am able to secure just compensation for my clients.
